Most of our appointments are made within a 48 hour period from the time of booking for those pest emergencies.

Anything to add?: Great service, phoned a few pest control business to discuss a pesky squirrel that made its home in my loft, Marc discussed all options available, very informative, my decision was made to use Marc's services. Marc came early the following day, did his investigations, laid a trap in my back garden, and 3 days later squirrel was caught. Marc even went to check if any further squirrels were hiding in my loft. Hopefully I won't need to use Marc's services anymore, however I have added him to my contacts list!!

Anything to add?: Having been let down by another company, I got in touch with Marc who was with us within 24 hours. He sent a text half an hour before he arrived and within 2 hours of arrival the wasps were gone. Marc is a really nice chap and did exactly what he said he would. Although the price was a little more than the people who let us down, it was still fantastic value from a true professional. The next time I need any pest control services Marc will be the only person I call. Thank you Marc, brilliant!

What did you like best?: Having already tried 3 different pest control companies including the council nobody could solve the problem of mice in my walls. Marc from a quick kill was honest and detailed in what he could offer from the very first phone call about how he could solve our problem and visited multiple times until the job was done.
How could we improve?: Absolutely nothing, very happy with the service I received and would recommend to anyone who has pest problems

Anything to add?: A big thank you to Marc, the stress of having mice in the walls with 2 young children under 4 in the house was terrible and Marc took the time to answer all of our questions and help put our mind at rest. We had tried 3 other companies without success and due to Marc thankfully now the mice are gone. I would recommend to anyone who has similar problems.
