A COVID-19 SAFE BUSINESS

As of April 2020, The Pest Control Industry have been classed as key workers during the COVID-19 pandemic by DEFRA (Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) to ensure the food chain always stays safe and keeps moving for businesses.

With the 2020 lockdown measures and buildings and sites left empty, pest technicians have seen a dramatic rise in rodent infestations and has only given more need for this work during the pandemic.

We want to assure our customers that we carry out our work in the most COVID safe way and we recognise that allowing a pest technician into your property can be somewhat an emergency situation.

Our pest technicians are routinely disinfecting their equipment, products and inside of their vehicles regularly using high strength disinfectants available to us from our suppliers. They are wearing masks and washing hands regularly between every job.

Please also be assured that in the summer months much of our work, especially with wasps, involves working outside and will ensure it is easy to maintain social distancing. If we do need to enter your property, please allow at least 2 metres at all times.

If you have any concerns at all. Please contact us and we will attempt to give you the best advice we can relating to how we carry out our work.

We thank you always for supporting a local family business and for helping us take the necessary measures to keep everyone in our community safe.
