What is included in an annual service plan?...

• Routine inspections regularly throughout the year between 4-8 times a year depending on the needs and industry of your business.

• Schools, Stores, Warehouses and other Businesses preparing or handling, or serving food to public or handling food packaging will receive a pest control folder to store reports to be able to demonstrate compliance to Environmental Health Departments and Quality Assurance & Control teams..

• Detailed reports on every visit to include, risk assessments, any findings, treatments and suggestions.

​

• Bait stations monitored during treatments where activity is confirmed and non-toxic baits placed where suspect activity may occur.*

       (*Long terms consistent baiting is no longer recommended per industry guidelines and in line with the

       CRRU UK Code of Best Practice from Think Wildlife.)

• 30 day terms on invoices.

​

• Call outs at no extra charge and seen to within 48 hours or reporting, allowing for holidays and weekends.

​

• Technicians are registered to the CPD scheme 'Basis Prompt' and carry Basis Prompt Photo ID Cards.

• We are NPTA (National Pest Technicians Association) members.

​

• Our technicians are DBS checked.

​

• We carry a waste licence.

​

• We are fully insured and have full public and employers liability.
